Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
Leavefly offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can evaluate the full product before paying anything. If you don’t subscribe, the trial simply ends — you are never charged.
How billing works
Payments are processed by [MoR = Paddle / Dodo Payments], our Merchant of Record. Your subscription and any refunds are subject to both this policy and the Merchant of Record’s terms.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your workspace billing settings.
- On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not billed again.
- After your paid access ends, your workspace becomes read-only (your data is preserved, not deleted) so you can export or reactivate later.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: because you can cancel anytime and you started with a free trial, monthly payments are non-refundable for partial periods. Cancelling stops future charges.
- Annual plans: we offer a [14]-day money-back guarantee from the date of an annual purchase. After [14] days, annual fees are non-refundable, though you keep access for the remainder of the term.
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: contact us and we’ll correct any genuine billing error promptly.
How to request a refund or get help
